I'm trying to eat better [to lose weight, to be less tired, to heighten my mental clarity, to keep up with my kids]. Starting to search the webs I had trouble finding a way to keep everything I had tried and wanted to eat again in an orderly fashion. So, being a developer, what better way than to create my own.
In addtion, I wanted to see how food would affect my kids, they have always generally eaten fairly well but there is always room for improvement.
Here are some receipes I have found to be good. Gluten free, mostly paleo.
